This is a stylised illustration, not a photograph printed directly onto a mug. Please check the likeness, spelling, colours and placement in your preview. For a different background colour, combined photos or a special layout, contact us before ordering to confirm what is possible.

How to order your custom portrait mug

1. Choose your 11 oz mug colour.
2. Enter the name exactly as you would like it printed, or leave the optional name field blank.
3. In Personalisation details, enter the exact message for the back and any design notes. Write “No message” if you prefer no wording.
4. After ordering, email your clear original photo and order number to hi@justamazinggift.com.au. Photos are currently collected by email, not uploaded on the product page.
5. Check your emailed design preview and reply with your approval or corrections before printing.

Choosing a photo

Send a well-lit original photo with the person's face clearly visible. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and cropped faces. Only send photos you own or have permission to use. We may ask for a clearer photo if important details are difficult to see.

Design preview and production time

Your design preview is included. Production takes 2–8 business days after you approve the design; delivery time is additional. Please check your inbox and junk folder. If you need a birthday, farewell or Christmas gift by a particular date, contact us before ordering to check timing. Arrival by a specific date is not guaranteed.

Mug colours, size and care

• One ceramic mug with a C-shaped handle, printed on both sides.
• 11 oz capacity, approximately 330 ml.
• Mug colours: White, Black, Red, Blue and Pink. White is all-white; the other four options have a white printed exterior with a coloured interior and matching handle.
• White mug dimensions: approximately 9.5 cm high × 8.0 cm in diameter.
• Black, Red, Blue and Pink accent mug dimensions: approximately 9.7 cm high × 8.2 cm in diameter.
• White mug: dishwasher-safe, or hand wash with warm water and dish soap.
• Black, Red, Blue and Pink accent mugs: hand wash only. Do not place these accent mugs in the dishwasher.

Mug colour refers to the handle and interior, or the all-white mug; it does not select the portrait background colour. Colours may appear slightly different on screen and on the finished mug. This is a physical mug, not a digital portrait download.

Can I use my own message?

Yes. Choose a friendship quote, a thank-you message, a leaving-day wish or your own short phrase. We will show the wording and layout in your design preview so you can check them before printing.
