Since our products are personalised and made according to each customer’s specific requirements, each item is unique, and therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds. Once your order has entered the production stage, we will not be able to make any changes or cancel it. This is why we strongly recommend that you carefully check and confirm the details of your order before placing it.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

Although we strive to ensure that each product reaches you in perfect condition, accidents can sometimes happen. If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match the details in your order confirmation, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged product, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
