Absolutely. You don’t need to have the finished design figured out before you order.

Tell us what you have in mind, who the gift is for and the occasion, and we can help bring the idea together. You can also start with one of our existing designs and personalise it to make it your own.

For custom designs, yes.

We’ll send you a design preview by email before engraving so you can check the layout, wording and overall design. If something needs adjusting, let us know before approving it.

Once the design is approved, we’ll begin making your order.

If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know your location and the date you need it by.

We’ll check the current production time and shipping options and let you know whether we can meet your deadline. For urgent orders, we may recommend Express Shipping.

If we haven’t started making your order yet, we’ll do our best to help.

For orders that include a design preview, you can request changes before approving the design. Once your design has been approved and production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as you can.

Because personalised products are made specifically for you, we generally can’t accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or we’ve made an error with your order, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.

We’ll review it and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
