Your pet, your name, your message

• A portrait-style design created from your supplied pet photo, with your pet's name.
• Your chosen wording on the reverse, such as “Life is better with paws”.
• One mug, printed on both sides — not a set of two mugs.

The sample name “Bailey” is an example. Your design uses the photo, name and wording you provide. Choose 1, 2 or 3 pets per mug. One pet is included; each additional pet adds A$8 (2 pets: +A$8; 3 pets: +A$16). For more than 3 pets or a special layout, please contact us before ordering.

How to personalise your pet mug

1. Choose your 11 oz mug colour and number of pets (1, 2 or 3), then place your order. This is the number of pets printed on one mug, not the number of mugs.
2. Email a clear photo of each pet to hi@justamazinggift.com.au with your order number, the name of each pet and the exact message for the reverse.
3. We will email a design preview for you to approve before printing. Please check the portrait, spelling, wording and placement carefully.

Photos are currently collected by email, not uploaded on this page. If you order several mugs with different pets or messages, label the photo and details for each mug. We need your photo and personalisation details before preparing your preview.

Choosing your pet photo

Send a well-lit original photo with your pet's face in focus and ears fully visible. Avoid blurry images, heavy filters and screenshots. Leave some space around your pet so the portrait can be arranged to suit the design. Only send an image you own or have permission to use.

Choose your mug colour

Choose from White, Black, Red, Blue or Pink. White is an all-white mug. Black, Red, Blue and Pink have a white printed exterior with a coloured interior and matching handle.

Mug details and care

• One ceramic mug with a C-shaped handle.
• 11 oz capacity, approximately 330 ml.
• White mug dimensions: approximately 9.5 cm high × 8.0 cm in diameter.
• Black, Red, Blue and Pink accent mug dimensions: approximately 9.7 cm high × 8.2 cm in diameter.
• Double-sided printed design: pet portrait and name on one side, your message on the reverse.
• White mug: dishwasher-safe, or hand wash with warm water and dish soap.
• Black, Red, Blue and Pink accent mugs: hand wash only; do not place them in the dishwasher.

This is a drinking mug for people, not a pet feeding bowl. Screen colours and the finished print may vary slightly.

Production and delivery

Please allow 2–8 business days for production. We print after you approve your design preview; shipping time is additional. If you need a birthday or Christmas gift by a particular date, contact us before ordering to check timing. Delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed.

Can I use a dog or cat photo?

Yes. This custom pet portrait mug can be personalised with your dog or cat. Select 1, 2 or 3 pets using the Number of pets option. For another type of pet, more than 3 pets or a special layout, contact us before ordering.

Can I change the wording on the back?

Yes. Email your chosen short message with your order number. “Life is better with paws” is an example, not fixed wording. We will show the placement in your design preview.

Is this one mug or two?

Each quantity ordered is one physical mug printed on both sides, not two mugs or a digital file. Order a quantity of two if you want two separate mugs.

Will I see a preview before printing?

Yes. A design preview is emailed for approval before printing. Please check your inbox and spam folder so your order can move into production.
