Choose your mug design

• 11 oz + Fixed Design (No Personalisation) — A$22: choose one of our ready-designed Mum, Dad, Grandad or Grandma designs. The artwork is supplied unchanged, without custom names, wording or photos.
• 11 oz + Text Design Only — A$35: personalise your chosen family design with a name, family title or meaningful message. Photos are not included. An emailed design preview is included before printing.
• 11 oz + Personalised Photo Collage — A$49: your supplied photos arranged into a repeating face collage, paired with your chosen family title and message. An emailed design preview is included before printing.

Each design is available in White, Black, Red, Blue and Pink. The four family designs have the same price within each design tier. A quantity of 1 means one 11 oz mug. Images showing two mugs demonstrate different sides of the design, not a two-mug set. Personal photos are included only with the A$49 photo collage option.

Made for Mum, Dad, Grandad or Grandma

Select Mum, Dad, Grandad or Grandma under “Design for”. The examples feature “Best Mum Ever” with “Loved beyond words” and “Best Dad Ever” with “Our hero, every day”. The photo option repeats cropped faces around the mug with decorative details and watercolour-style stripes.

For personalised options, enter the exact family title and message you would like, including preferred spellings or names such as Nana, Nanna or Pop. Fixed designs cannot be changed. For a different layout or a special request, contact us before ordering.

How to order

1. Select your Capacity & Design, mug colour, Design for and quantity.
2. Personalised Photo Collage: enter your requested family title, names or message. After ordering, email your clear original photos and order number to hi@justamazinggift.com.au. Tell us which people or pets to include.
3. Text Design Only: enter your exact wording and any layout instructions. No photos are required.
4. Fixed Design: choose the family design you want. No personalisation details or photos are required.
5. For personalised options, check your emailed design preview and reply with approval or corrections before printing.

Choosing photos — photo collage option only

Send well-lit original photos with each face clearly visible and enough space around the head for cropping. Separate photos can be used; please identify the people and pets you want included. The design uses cropped photographic faces, not cartoon illustrations. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and cropped-off heads. Only send photos you own or have permission to use. We may ask for clearer photos if needed, and will confirm the arrangement in your design preview. Photos are currently collected by email, not through a page upload field.

Design preview and production time

For the A$35 text and A$49 photo options, check all spelling, wording, colours and placement in your emailed preview. Production takes 2–8 business days after design approval. The A$22 fixed design does not include personalisation or a custom preview; allow 2–8 business days for production. Delivery time is additional.

Check your inbox and junk folder. If your gift is needed by a particular date, contact us before ordering to check timing. Arrival by a specific date is not guaranteed.

Mug colours, size and care

• Ceramic mugs with a C-shaped handle and double-sided printing.
• Each mug holds 11 oz, approximately 330 ml.
• White: all-white mug, approximately 9.5 cm high × 8.0 cm in diameter.
• Black, Red, Blue and Pink: white printed exterior with a coloured interior and matching handle, approximately 9.7 cm high × 8.2 cm in diameter.
• White mug: dishwasher-safe, or hand wash with warm water and dish soap.
• Coloured accent mugs: hand wash only. Do not place them in the dishwasher.

Mug colour selects the handle and interior, or the all-white mug; it does not select the artwork background. Colours can vary slightly between your screen and the finished print. This listing is for a physical mug, not a digital design download.
