- Choose your size, personalisation option and engraving area.
- Enter your chosen design number, if applicable, along with your names and wording in the personalisation box. Clearly label any instructions for the Front, Inside or Back.
- If supplying a photo, logo or artwork, email your file with your order number to hi@justamazinggift.com.au after ordering.
- For personalised orders, we will create your personalised design and send you a digital proof to the email address provided with your order for approval before production begins.
Please check all names, wording and design details carefully before approving your proof. No design proof is needed for a journal ordered without personalisation.
- Production: Please allow 2–8 business days for your personalised item to be made.
- Australian delivery: Standard shipping takes approximately 3–7 days; Express shipping takes approximately 1–3 days after dispatch.
