How to Personalise
- Choose your personalisation and engraving/display options. Enter your chosen design number (01–04) in the Design Number box.
- Enter your wording and font choice (if applicable) in the Personalisation Details box. Specify what belongs on the Front or Back, according to your selected engraving option.
- Please provide your email address at checkout. We send design proofs by email only, and engraving begins after you approve your proof.

- Production: Please allow 2–8 business days for your personalised item to be made.
- Australian delivery: Standard shipping takes approximately 3–7 days; Express shipping takes approximately 1–3 days after dispatch.
- International delivery: Worldwide shipping is available. Delivery times vary by destination.
