How to Personalise
- Choose your personalisation option and number of engraving areas. Enter the number shown on your chosen text design in the Design Number box. You can leave this box blank if you select Name / Text Only.
- Enter your wording and font choice (if applicable) in the Personalisation Details box. Specify where you’d like the dog portrait, text design and each message engraved: Front, Inside or Back, matching your selected areas.
- Please provide your email address at checkout. We send design proofs by email only, and engraving begins after you approve your proof.
- Production: Please allow 2–8 business days for your personalised item to be made.
- Australian delivery: Standard shipping takes approximately 3–7 days; Express shipping takes approximately 1–3 days after dispatch.
- International delivery: Worldwide shipping is available. Delivery times vary by destination.
