How to personalise
- Select the number of pets, engraving option and preferred coaster design.
- Enter your pet’s name and chosen wording in the personalisation box.
- After ordering, email a clear, well-lit photo showing your pet’s face and key markings, together with your order number, to hi@justamazinggift.com.au.
- We will create your custom portrait design and send you a proof for approval before engraving.
For multiple pets, please make sure each pet is clearly visible.
- Production: Please allow 2–8 business days for your personalised item to be made.
- Australian delivery: Standard shipping takes approximately 3–7 days; Express shipping takes approximately 1–3 days after dispatch.
