- If your design requires a photo, logo or artwork, email a clear, high-quality image together with your order number to hi@justamazinggift.com.au.
- We will create your personalised design and send a digital proof to the email address provided with your order for approval before production begins.
Please check all names, spelling and wording carefully. For designs featuring multiple people, pets or other elements, make sure each subject is clearly visible in the supplied images.
- Production: Please allow 2–8 business days for your personalised item to be made.
- Australian delivery: Standard shipping takes approximately 3–7 days; Express shipping takes approximately 1–3 days after dispatch.
